Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for product purchased through www.motionbud.com, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you have purchased a Motionbud product from any dealer other than the Motionbud store, their return policies apply. Please note that unless the return is the result of an error on our part, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Otherwise your item may not be elegible for return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@motionbud.com to receive instructions.  

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return,  you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For buyers using "Buy With Prime", please notice that returns should be initiated via your "Buy with Prime" order confirmation email.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations

Orders placed through www.motionbud.com are usually processed for shipment on the next business day after a purchase has taken place. Any order cancellations should be made before 11.59 PM Eastern Time of the day of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@motionbud.com stating your intention for such cancellation (Please include order number).
